Hello,Last week I placed order iphone 14pro max, but till now I didn't receive anything also order track number it doesn't work. Could you explain to me what should I do please.

@Sherzad  there is a waiting period of between 7 to over 28 days depending on the model type you ordered.   Obviously you cannot track a device until a device is allocated to you.  

 

what colour and storage size did you order?
