My garmin isn’t working

I bought my garmin through EE last September and pay monthly.  How can I sort the problem? 

it’s faulty 

won’t connect to my phone and won’t even count steps or heart rate on my wrist. 

do I contact EE or garmin

I'm sorry to hear that you have an issue with your watch. Since it's been over 30 days since you bought it, I'd definitely recommend contacting Garmin directly. They'll be able to run through some troubleshooting with you and discuss your repair/replacement options, if needed.
