My IMEI isn't recognised

Hello,

I have bought a new SIM, and tried to use IMEI through but it isn't recognised for some reason. 

Please see the screenshot below.

Is the mobile you purchased from Korea unlocked to all networks? Have you used any other uk sim in that unit?

@Eddy2760  if you used a three Sim card in it, then the device isn’t locked. What are you trying to do.

I have been using only Three network since I have moved in UK, and I did
not unlock the content on it because I did not need it but I do need it now.

if you have been using uk sim then there shouldn’t be a need to get the unit unlocked, there maybe a issue with the SIM card. 
do you have a EE store close to you ? If so call into store and the friendly staff will be more than happy to take a look for you 👌
