My hotspot is on but on my personal PC its not showing as well on other devices

Have you looked on the devices that you are trying to connect to see if your phone appears?

Hi @Whoisshakeel 

Disable wifi on your laptop, then reactivate wifi. 

Alternatively forget the wifi connection under network on your laptop and rejoin.
