hello, I had no signal on my phone, I thought something had happened to my subscription card, but it seems that it was not blocked, I can't make calls, I can't receive calls, nothing on my account, when I get a message that the account was or will be closed, can someone explain to me how an account can be closed suddenly?

The only reasons that a contract a/c would be closed would be either you cancelled it yourself or you didn't pay your bills & EE deactivated it.

and the highlight is that today I spoke with them to give me information about an order that I had placed online in the morning, they called me, we talked, and then I woke up that I only signaled nothing, so suddenly it seems to me the biggest possible abuse to conclude a contract if it would be like taking away the rights of a customer who paid and what he didn't consume and was up to date with everything, so it would be the greatest insensitivity
