Hi everyone ,
my direct debit for flexi plan and a mobile bill were due today but EE have only taken payment for the flexi plan but the mobile bill is marked as paid but no payment has been made for it
can someone shed some light on my issue please

Unfortunately we cannot, you would have to speak to customer services about it, we have no access to accounts and do not know who you are, sorry.

@Cupcake23 : On your billing date when your DD is put in motion your mobile bill is marked as paid on the fair assumption that DD's usually work. The DD will actually be taken within a coupla days.
