Hello,
I've recently just left EE and also just paid my last bill with them, do i require to let EE know that I have cancelled the direct debit....I did have a chat with the cancellation team last week so I guess they have the conversation recorded of my intention to leave, so thought I'd clarify the question on informing EE that I'm no longer with them?

Welcome to the EE Community
No you do not need to cancel your direct debit separately when cancelling your account. Once your account has cancelled and the final bill has been taken, no further payments will be taken via your direct debit.
