Cannot see bills

I am unable to view my bill on app or on laptop. I recently changed my acc from personal to company for accountability. I have spoken to EE customer service support through Help section various times 6/7 times. Each time they tried to resolve it but could not. EE stores couldn’t help too EE Explained to me that there was a breach in security and for thousands of customers they  put stop to view bills. They take the funds each month. Made me change email passwords but nothing helped. In the end told me to wait will

I can understand your frustration at not being able to see the bills, especially when it is for a business account.

What is happening when you login? Do you see any other account details or can you not see anything at all?

when I click -manage tab- there is no option for view bill

Are you able to see other account details such as the plan and add-ons when you select Manage?

Is there an option for viewing the bill on the home screen when you login to the app or the website?

No option anywhere to view the bill

HI @Ly28 

I'd recommend giving our business Customer Care team a call, who'll be able to raise a support ticket for the issue you're facing with your online account. 

And in the mean time they'll also be able to issue paper invoices, so you have the full bill details needed for your business.

Thank you I will call them. 

Hope this time they find a solution. As each time they raise their hands after a few suggestions which do not resolve the issue. Been with EE always!! first time this experience.
