My latest bill for August, has completely changed what falls inside the scope of VAT. It used be be pretty much all of it did, now, very little does. Got no help from Customer Services, does anyone know.

Can you be more specific about what items on your bill, you're querying the VAT status for? No-one on this forum has visibility of your account or bill.
In what way were CS no help?
