Why does this app never work properly. No information your searching for. "Not available " all the time. Sick of it. Time to change network!!

@Cathal3 , do you have the latest app? Are you able to log in via the website? if both are not working, i would suggest ringing customer service by pressing option 2 and requesting an account refresh, uninstall the app, reboot your device and install fresh and try again.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
