Proof of Business

Hi,
Just wondered what Proof of Business could be for someone self employed through Self Assessment that doesn't have a separate business bank account, VAT registration, company utility bills etc?

Is this in the context of wanting to join EE as a Sole Trader/Self-Employed on a Business Mobile plan?

If so, I believe there is a self-declaration you need to sign which you get as part of the sales journey but no other proof of your business should be required.
