Received a text this morning saying....
Hi from EE. A new document for your Google Pixel 9 Pro XL 256GB Obsidian device agreement is now available. Log in to ee.co.uk/go/login to view it. Thanks.
However when I log in, it's impossible to find this new document. It's not in my documents where you'd naturally assume it is!
Does anyone have any idea where it might be?

I'm really sorry to hear that your billing hasn’t been accurate and you're unable to view your document.
I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call. They’ll be able to look into this further and help get things sorted for you.

Thanks for coming to the Community.
Have you recently upgraded or taken out a new line?
You can check your new plan details by logging into the EE App or website and navigating to Manage > View Full Usage. From there, you should be able to see your documents, including your new plan information.

Nope, not changed anything. I have been with EE in this contract for less than 1 year and I am yet to be billed once accurately. Now I can't even see this new information.
