Can anyone tell me why I am unable to add any more accessories to my plan?

I only have 1 accessory on one of my plans, but its asking me to contact EE as I am unable to add any more, any ideas?

@kennnethreid  EE give you a credit limit and you might be going over that limit with this other purchase you want.  You’ll need to call customer services about this.
