Hi I have downloaded EE app and it's telling me my phone already has an account but I can't remember what my details are, it tells me phone already linked to an account, any way I can delete my payg phone and start over.. Many thanks

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your online accounts, then you can register again.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.
