Can anyone help .please. the Pattern to open my phone is saying wrong pattern

My phone won’t open it says my pattern input is wrong and has blocked me tried re tried chatbot no help at all .

any one any ideas .? T.i.a.

Welcome to the community,

No, but the only thing I can suggest is doing a factory reset, just hope that you have a back up so that you can reinstall everything from your back up, once you have done the factory reset.

You normally have a second password/pin option if you forget the pattern.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

You're effectively asking "how do I bypass my PIN/pattern protection"? - the security that is specifically intended to secure a phone until the correct details are inserted.

EE are a network operator and can't directly assist you besides pointing you towards Android/Apple's help pages. Which do you have?

I’ve always used finger print and pin .its not giving me the option to use them .thanks for your reply 🙂
