You are normally given a second password option. If you don't know that answer then you'll need to factory reset the device.

Do you know if you have Remote Unlock enabled on your Phone?

If you have a Samsung Account login to here - https://www.samsung.com/uk/apps/smartthings-find/

If not then you'll need to Factory Reset the Phone and loose everything unless you've got it backed up.
