I have forgotten the pattern I use to log on, can anybody help me on how to solve the problem ?

Unless you can enter the second code (if set) then you'll need to factory reset the device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
