Alexa calling suddenly not working

I've had the Alexa calling set up for a few years now but it seems to suddenly not be working. I rely on telling me there's an incoming call a lot so it suddenly not telling me has meant I've been missing calls quite a bit. I also attempted an outgoing call but it tells me it is making the call and goes green but then stops.

It still manages to ring my phone if I ask it to.. I'm not really sure what's wrong and haven't been able to find anything out about an outage.

I tried to unlink and relink my account but it is still not working.

Hi mine was working till I had to reinstall Alexa app now it’s not working I’ve done screen recording of what happens when try to connect it

Have you tried unlinking the EE account and settings this up again? 

To do this please open Alexa app then go to more > settings > communication, select EE and select unlink account, then select EE again to start the set up.

I’ve got no option to unlink I have managed to do a screen recording of what happens but can’t seem to post ere

Making and receiving all mobile calls using Alexa worked fine but suddenly stopped a few days ago.  I have had the "EE link failed try again" when I try to set up EE with Alexa.  I rang the Technical Support and they cannot fix it and state it maybe due to the EE website not working correctly, but they are not sure. a) can you confirm that this is why I cannot link EE wit Alexa anymore and b) when will this fault be addressed and a patch or the website is fixed?  I rely on this aspect of Alex because I am disabled.
