Resolved! Phone stopped working

I think EE did something to my phone this morning that automatically rebooted it and now I'm stuck on 'Phone is starting'.Is it something to do with my change from the 3G to 5G network?Please help!

Resolved! Phone keeps restarting randomly

Hello, my phone randomly keeps restarting. I removed the sim and this stopped happening, but when I put my sim back in the phone the same problem keeps coming back. I have had this phone and sim for past 4 years. Any ideas?Regards
