Able to upgrade but cant :(

Hi EE,

So it says I can now upgrade but only for a plan that is the same or more expensive than the one I am on.. but EE doesn't have another plan, I currently have the fold 3 and I bloody hate it, and the only option I have is the fold 4, I really don't want another fold, why can't I upgrade my phone to another phone?

You're probably going to be best calling 150 and speaking to customer services to see what they can offer you as there will be other handsets and tariffs that aren't online.
