Upgrade

Hello! I am due an upgrade for my phone, although I am on my parents contract. I currently live a good distance away from them, is there anyway I am able to get their permission via other means for you?

Handset

Hi I received two handsets as part of upgrade for mine and my sons phone. Different numbers but all under my name. Does it matter which new handset we each take or are they assigned? Hope that makes sense?!

Resolved! Removed from blacklist

Today my phone was removed from being blacklisted in error - does anyone know how long on average would it take to be active again, I should have asked while I was on the phone? Many Thanks.
