where is my phone?

I am in the process of switching my network from 02 to EE.

A new phone was ordered last week and I received an email confirming my order and a delivery date of the 27th....note, I received an account number but no ORDER NO.

A very helpful DPD driver tried to deliver my new phone on the 28th but we couldn't complete the 4 pin verification as the pin didn't arrive bt text to my confirmed last 4 digit current telephone number. The driver did his best to call his manager but as this is a new service and way of delivering they were stuck to do anything apart from take the phone away.

I have since had a text from EE advising my phone would be delivered on the next available day. Since then no communication.

I scoured the EE site to see if I could speak with someone but unless you have an order no. which I don't, i have only an email advising me of an account no.

I tried calling 150 (so please don't tell me to do that) which of course only works if you are an existing EE customer.

Okay EE, what next because I'm at a loss!!

Hi there @sjohnstone1

Thanks for coming to the community.

I am sorry to hear this, you can call us on 0800 956 6000 and no number will be needed to speak to the sales team and get an update on your order.

Leanne.

I had to guess what option to choose. Please can you make it easier for new customers to contact you and ensure your communication with DPD is aligned to deal with your delivery system of 4 pin verification or you'll be inundated with issues from new clients.
