Same here, and when I call, get told I'm getting a message and to hang up, can't I just speak to someone to tell me where my order is!  Annoying!

Hi @rwilson222. 

SIMs are sent via Royal Mail and can take 2-5 working days. 

As you have now passed this time frame I'd recommend giving us a call. 

When calling please select option 2, this will take you the automated menu.
