i have just updated my current iphone 12 to an iphone 14. i selected trade in but the iphones it’s offering me to trade in isn’t the phone i’ll be trading in and have only been offered £4 a month off my bill rather than £12 like it said on website… will i be able to just send my iphone 12 in regardless of what they are expecting and will i get my £12 a month off my monthly bill? what do i do?
