I'm trying to find information on my order and it just keeps saying timing out?

As you're seeing a TimeOut error it usually means your order may not have been completed.
Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly.
If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.

The upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank. We'll only complete the payment once the order is processed.
If the order does not get completed we will not take the payment, and your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.

I did a order last night .. received email with order confirmation.. spoke to someone on live chat before and got this

I'd recommend you also get in touch with Customer Service too, so a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order and go through any extra information that is needed to complete your order.
You'll then receive an email to confirm your order has been processed.
It may be worth checking your junk/spam folder first in case you have an email from us asking to call in.
