hi ee 

i booked my 1 phone 14 pro max i don't know how it's cancel maybe delivery issue and now i want to book again but i can't upgrade i have to wait for refund how much days it will take can you check my account please my number is xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi @Chaman.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

 

They will be able to access your account and see what is going on.

yeah i am waiting for a phone from one and half month now i don't know how much time it will take for my refund 😑
