"Processing - Awaiting confirmation from supplier" for drone

I've ordered a DJI drone, which I managed to order in time, when in stock, before the product became notify me. It has passed security clearance, however is coming up as "Processing - Awaiting confirmation from supplier" now. Does this mean this will take a while?

I ordered this product as EE store offered the black Friday discount as well as a 1-3 day delivery time point.

Can anyone help out on a way to find out whether the product will be sent out soon or what the situation is with the supplier?

Welcome to the community.

If it is showing as 'Processing - Awaiting confirmation from supplier' now, it does sound like we are waiting for more stock information from them before it can be sent out to you.

While it may have shown in stock when you went to place the order, it isn't a live stock, and would be updated as orders are processed.

We don't have any information on when stock will be available, but it will be fulfilled as soon it is available.

Thanks. In that case it is very misleading and will probably cancel my order if not processed to dispatched in the next few days to get the item from a reliable provider who has the stock.

I hope the wait isn't too long @Amir_9, but if you do decide to cancel, you should be able to login and cancel from the orders screen.

I am in the same situation the "Cancel order" button is broken.

i have no way of canceling my order now and have no idea when it will be delivered.

So EE dropships? if the stock qty isn't live remove the figure from the ordering page and state product is drop shipped and it could take 3 or 4 weeks for delivery

Oh wait, no one would order then would they, oldest trick in the book showing stock quantities knowing full well it's shipped from elsewhere

Seems like they do get the supplier to send out directly to you, but don't update the EE shop page annoyingly.
