I've pre ordered the new iPhone 15 pro max the Thursday that just passed I wasn't sent any confirmation emails and the only money that was taken out of my account was the call price?
will i get the confirmation email a day before hand or was I supposed to have it already?

It may be worth checking the order with our Mobile Care team, just to make sure it's gone through. Then it's a case of waiting for DPD to contact you about delivery.
