I feel I have little to no help from EE with regard an upgrade.

I upgraded to iPhone 14plus when I wanted a pro. My mistake, so I returned the phone. I have had notification from DPD that EE have received the phone. Nothing from EE and when I phoned to sort a new phone they said they cannot help till I receive a text saying they have received it. 

This is very unhelpful. I am using a smashed iPhone 7 that is not fit for purpose and has caused so many issues etc. I am business user and have been been with EE for a decade. I offered to cover the cost of the other handset as well while this is being sorted but no can do. I would have thought that the thousands of pounds I have spent over the years would have been enough but apparently not. Seems the 'we're here to help' is only when you are making money. This is a legitimate problem which EE would do well to circumnavigate. The business team were almost rude when I phoned to look at resolving this issue. If you were real business support you would resolve this, instead I will be forced to take my business elsewhere

I am sorry to hear this and any inconvenience this may cause.

Our current process is to allow a change in device and a new upgrade to complete the phone must be returned and your account reverted back to your original plan.

Should our upgrades team try and upgrade your account now it would not complete as your account won't be eligible as your plan has not been reverted back yet.

As soon as the phone has been scanned into the warehouse we will notify you.
