Ordered Sim online , but still no update on the order . can't even track the order.

@Neeraj216  SIM cards are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail.  There is no tracking for this 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Neeraj216 It's great news to hear that you've ordered a sim online,

As @Chris_B mentioned, we can't track second class Royal Mail delivery, but if you give us a call, A guide will be able to tell you if the order has been set up yet.

To speak to guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
