so i’ve placed a order and payed £30 upfront but had not email with confirmation or with a order number what do i do and it’s for collection in store however the store can’t help me when i called

The order confirmation can take a while to come through. It's also worth checking your spam/junk folder, in case the email made its way there.
If you don't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, it's worth speaking with our customer support team so they can double-check the order for you.
