I ordered an iPhone 13 last week and only had my confirmation email, no further updates and when I try to track my order is says sorry we cannot provide details at the moment and says to look out for any updates from dpd, any ideas when i will get my phone?

@daislamont  You should of had this by now.  You need to call customer services about this.

I’ve got the same issue, but with the xplora watch. I ordered this on Friday for my autistic daughter so we can keep track of her. I’m thinking because of the queens funeral it will take longer than usual.
