i have order a new phone through the pay monthly phone, and i have not received a delivery time or date
my order number also doesn’t work when trying to track it
any help?

As you've not received a follow-up email confirming your has been processed or declined, you'll need to give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly, as @Northerner mentioned.
However, please first check your junk/spam folder in case any emails are accidentally filtered there.
If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss the reasons why, and what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.
Your order number will then work on our Track Your Order page.
If you don't call Customer Service the order will be cancelled.

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Download the DPD app as well.
