Hi, I'm a new customer to EE and ordered my new phone on the 15th March. My delivery date was the 17th March but DPD haven't sent it out to be delivered and it says its being held at the Goole depot. I did a chat with DPD and they said EE have to get in touch with DPD to sort a parcel search, I spoke to 2 different EE members over the phone and they both said they'd spoken to managers and they cannot get in touch with DPD we have to do it. Can someone please help as as a first time customer I'm really not happy with how this is turning out. Thankyou

I'm really disappointed to hear that you're facing some trouble with your delivery.
If you haven't been in touch with DPD, I would suggest doing so, as they'll be able to tell you why the parcel hasn't yet been sent.
Our Customer Service team can help open a complaint for you, and if they aren't able to help get things resolved, then you can ask for this to be escalated to a manager.

@NathanA90 It’s not your issue to sort. The delivery of the device is between EE and DPD.

I rang that number but they said they couldn't do it and that i had to contact DPD. Should i request to speak to a manager?
