My replacement contract SIM has not arrived I can't track the order as I can't set up  I need this sim today!

My replacement SIM has not arrived I can't track the order as I can't set up my replacement without it, it was 1-2 days I have three children summer holidays I need this sim today!

@Jeet0651  SIM cards are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail.   You’ll not get it today at this time of night

if you are in desperate need of a replacement sim the quickest way to get a replacement is go to an EE store and make the request there and then you’ll walk out of the store with it.  You need in date photo ID with you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It's understandable that you'd need your new SIM cards as soon as possible if your kids are expecting them.

Although we aim to get the SIMs to you as soon as possible, on occasions they may take longer than expected.

If you'd like to get in touch with one of our guides, they can check that your order for you and give you an update.
