Mis Sold Contract

I have been mis Sold a contract I spoke to an agent on the 16th March 2026 lady called Anya emailed me an invitation to accept and agree new contract terms for full fibre 900 core at £34.99 nothing has been updated my contract is still showing at £40.99. I have contacted EE by phone  no one doesn’t know what to do.

It is CS' fundamental job to resolve account-specific queries, it's tricky to comment further without having been party to that call but... if "no-one knows what to do", then CS need to escalate the issue until they find someone who does!

How were things left when you called? Did they figuratively shrug their shoulders and leave you with no solution and no next steps? That's a poor show if so, and you'd have good grounds for complaint - https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint 

They would be right to be asking you to supply details of the price you were offered, and you should be willing to supply those.
