I have waited more than 5 working days for my sim! Where is it? Unable to track order as the order number does not work in tracking Tracking number is [Mod edit: Please do not post order numbers on the public board. Thanks!]

Hi @Alfion123 It's great news to hear that you've taken out a new sim with us, I can imagine you're keen for it to arrive so you can start to use it.

 

I'd like to get you some clarity on your order, so I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 from an EE phone or 03301 231 105 from any other phone.
