why has my order been cancelled for the 2’d time? yet i have been charged £30 both times.

@courtneytupperx  Is this for a new contract with EE ?  If it is did you receive a email requesting you to call customer support?  If you did and didn’t call the order will be cancelled.  If you have failed the credit check your order will be cancelled.  You’ll be refunded within 7-10 days ( national holidays may increase that timeframe )   But only customer support can really answer this question for you.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

We would not know, you would have to speak to customer seervice about this.

If they have cancelled your order, you will receive a refund within 7=10 days.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

could the reason it was cancelled that my ID hasn’t been verified on the account? 

No, cuz you don't need an a/c to make an order.
