order a sim card in 8 Sep, but after ten days , I got nothing ,whatever email or SMS or package.

I can not believe ,the service is so bad in biggest network company

Have you tried ringing customer service, as we have no account access, so cannot see anything and check ourselves?

I would suggest ringing them, they are sent out via second class post, so would also depend how the post is where you are. If you are near an EE high street store and have photo ID, you can also go there and get a replacement SIM card.

It could be down to the post office not delivering or getting it lost, as happened with me, but from a different company.
