Why am I being offered this and other online offers?

I've called 150 to attempt to get this offer but these offers aren't available and can not be added to my account anyway.

apparently, My account will not allow this to happen.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated

Welcome to the community.

Do you get any error messages when you try to take this deal? Have you tried on a couple of different devices/browsers?

Did our customer service team say why you couldn't get the deal?

I was told that accounts wouldn’t allow any additional sims

I have called 150 and have been told that the accounts department won’t allow any further additional sims on my contract 

although I can’t speak to accounts nor can anybody give me a reason why this isn’t allowed 

Does  @ee want my custom ?

@Mo1955  Are you a contract customer?  If you are how long have you been a EE contract customer for ?

Yes I’m a contract customer 

moved over from BT in April 2023 

other wise I wouldn’t be receiving exclusive EE offers online
