i ordered an upgrade yesterday 09/09/2022this morning i see my new contract has started but i have had no update on when my new handset will be delivered when i try and track it says we can’t help as this moment ?

If the plan has changed this does usually indicate the phone has been dispatched.
Have you downloaded the DPD app using the email and postcode to check for any deliveries?
