I have had a nightmare of a time trying to place an order, having to cancel my original order and reissue one. Handset is supposed to be delivered today, but i have had no information from either DPD or EE about it

I'm sorry to hear that you've had a problem with your order. Are you able to find your delivery on the DPD app/website?
