i done an upgrade on 17 september still haven’t received my phone it’s taking way too long

Looking at the order history for this model, stock guidance while placing the order on the 17th September was - "Available to order (Expect despatch within 21 days"
Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible.
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
If you haven't done so already I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.

Which model of phone, including colour and storage size, did you order? I can have a look at the stock to see if there are any delays.
