hello all I ordered an upgrade to my device yesterday with a new plan but when i go to my order tracking it says i have not placed an order in 2023. I also have not received an email confirmation or message. From what I have read, the new device should arrive within 24 hours - if not sooner. No trace! I have however had text messages about my new plan. i have got a message saying that i have upgraded my phone and apparently my existing phone is no longer under extended warranty. can anyone help with this problem?

If you have had a text confirming your plan has changed your order has been received and is being processed.
Have you since received any notification of delivery?
