I was wondering if anyone could advise. My old google pixel died, so I went on EE to see what my options were, and found I was ready for a free upgrade. I ordered a new Pixel, received a confirmation email, and hat was all that has happened, I cant track my order as when I try on the EE, put in my confirmation code and email, it always fails... I cant track through texts as I don't have a phone, any advice much appreciated.
