new iphone 14 plus

hi, I ordered a new phone on sunday over the phone, told me id have it delivered today but ive had no email conformation, i cant ring ee as i have no other phone to contact.  So i have no reference number to track this new phone or a pin to give dpd if they do randomly turn up with my phone. any help would be great.

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Have you checked your junk/spam email box to see if the confirmation is there?
