Does anyone at EE ever answer the phone? Following a completed upgrade contract I've been asked to call the call centre to provide further information. x5 attempts later and over 2.5 hours of my life wasted and I've still not managed to speak to anyone. The same thing happens each time - left on hold with frankly dreadful (borderline tortuous) hold music for up to 45mins and then just cut off - call dropped entirely. I just don't have time or patience for this but I need my new phone. Any suggestions of work-around to get through your entirely dreadful customer service?

You will have to ring them if they need more information, they are possibly busy with other clients. Have you tried again today, also try pressing 2 rather than 1 when you ring as that should get you through.
