im wondering where it is now as dpd have not delivered it as they said they couldnt find my address so im asking for imfo on how to get it redelivered to my address

@kerrie123  If DPD haven’t been able to deliver the item ( that’s a poor excuse you got told ) the item will be returned back to EE and once processed as a return your order will be cancelled.    It might be worth calling customer services to see if they can help and see if you can get a store delivery so you can pick up the item from that store once it’s delivered.
