my order reference

To Who this may concern,

 

on the 29th of June I Order a new Samsung phone , reference xko*********.

Please can you let me know when I will receive this please? 

I have tried to track it but I just received an error message and to try again, I tried this 3 times. 

I would be grateful for an update asap please?!

Hi @Shona94 

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 if the tracker is not working.

You should download the DPD app as well becase you'll need a pin and it will update you on delivery.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Shona94  You have an order reference number not a tracking number.  You’ll get a tracking number once a device is allocated to you.  The order number is automatically generated and sent to you when you place an order and until a device is allocated you can’t track nothing,

Please check your junk/spam folder if you've received a follow-up email confirming your has been processed, or letting you know there was a problem.

If you've not received any follow-up email, you'll need to give our Customer Service team a call using the number on our Contact Us page, where a guide in the Digital Sales team can discuss the reason your order could not be completed.
