issue with order

Hi, i ordered an iphone 15 pro max and i got an error message sent to me so i called up and the man was very helpful and confirmed my order for me but then the next morning i got the same error message. why is this? is my phone going to even get delivered to me or what do i need to do?

The estimated timeframe for new orders from today is 'Usually despatched within 14 days' 

If the order was accepted and has been processed, DPD will be in touch when they have received your order with tracking details for the delivery.

The man on the phone told me he did next day delivery for me so will it still be 14 days ?
